App license & scope
Termforge is an iPhone SSH/SFTP client for remote servers you choose. It provides terminals, workspaces, and file operations; it does not provide a hosted server or a Termforge account.
For App Store distribution, Termforge uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The application provider and licensor is Adrian Krzysztof Glazer. This page explains Termforge’s operation, purchases, and responsibilities; it does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA with a custom license.
The Standard EULA governs the app license, permitted use, termination, warranties, liability, and applicable law. Apple services remain subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Developer & user responsibilities
The developer is responsible for Termforge’s functionality, maintenance, support, and obligations required by applicable law and the app license. Report app defects or usability problems to [email protected].
You are responsible for the servers you choose, authorization to access them, your commands and file operations, and how you use the app. Use Termforge only for lawful, authorized activity. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malicious activity, disruption, or infringement of others’ rights.
Verify host fingerprints, protect credentials and your device, and maintain backups. Review commands, uploads, deletions, and edits before execution. Remote actions may be irreversible; disconnecting or deleting local app information does not undo them.
We do not control user-selected servers, their content, permissions, availability, or the results of commands users choose to run. Responsibility for user-directed misuse is governed by the Standard EULA and applicable law. This does not exclude responsibility for app defects or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Trial & lifetime purchase
Termforge is free to download, with an explicitly started seven-day full-feature trial and a €14.99 one-time lifetime unlock. Other storefronts use Apple’s localized prices; the Apple purchase sheet shows the price payable. There is no subscription or automatic charge after the trial.
The trial begins with Apple’s verified acquisition of the trial product and lasts 168 hours. Reinstalling or restoring purchases under the same Apple Account does not restart it. At expiry, remote functionality stops, while saved local data and recovery, export, deletion, support, and purchase controls remain available under the app’s authentication requirements.
Lifetime access is a non-expiring app unlock while the purchase remains valid. It does not guarantee perpetual OS compatibility, uninterrupted connections, or access to unrelated future products. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose access when Apple reports the change.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Loading products, purchasing, and restoring may require connectivity. Availability and the final offer are confirmed in the App Store and the app’s purchase screen; this website does not take payments or start trials.
Payments & refunds
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. The developer does not issue separate direct refunds for purchases billed by Apple. Request an eligible refund through reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple determines eligibility under its terms and applicable law.
Approval is not guaranteed. See Apple’s refund instructions. Nothing on this page restricts mandatory consumer rights or prevents an eligible refund through Apple. We will comply with Apple’s refund and revocation handling and our applicable legal obligations.
Availability, support & external services
iOS restrictions, network changes, idle locking, and server conditions can interrupt connections and transfers. Partial transfers and continuing remote processes are possible after a connection closes. Server-side tools and compatibility depend on the remote server.
We provide support through the email address above and may release fixes and compatibility updates. No guaranteed response time or uninterrupted-service commitment is offered. Any maintenance, remedy, or support rights required by applicable law remain intact.
Apple, network providers, remote-server operators, and chosen Files providers operate under their own terms. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices. Your commands, files, and other content remain yours.
Warranty, liability & disputes
The warranty and liability provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply subject to mandatory law. These explanations do not add a separate liability cap, waive nonwaivable rights, or relieve the developer of obligations for the app’s functionality or conformity.
The Standard EULA’s governing-law and dispute provisions apply to the app license. Any mandatory protections and rights to seek remedies in the courts or authorities available to you under applicable consumer law are preserved.
Stopping use & privacy
You may stop using Termforge and uninstall it. The Standard EULA governs license termination. Manage remote data, exported copies, and remaining credentials separately; see the privacy policy’s deletion guidance.
We do not collect your app data on developer servers. Local storage, user-selected connections, Apple purchases, voluntary email support, and website requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Updates & contact
Updates to this information will be published here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be explained through the website or app, with notice or consent where required by law. The applicable Apple agreements remain available through the links above.
